This six-part course walks us step by step through the transformative power of genuine compassion. Initially choosing compassion for ourselves, we build experiential understanding and confidence, and grow in our ability to fearlessly extend compassion to all we encounter – to family, friends, strangers and adversaries, and ultimately to every living being.
