THREE SPIRITUAL TECHNIQUES

In this session, you will be listening to an unedited audio recording of a public talk by Gelek Rimpoche at Jewel Heart Ann Arbor, MI on April, 2009.

In 2009, public talks on Sunday mornings in Ann Arbor were given by senior students selected by Gelek Rimpoche. Once a month Rimpoche was the morning speaker and would take that week’s topic and explore it with his audience.

In this teaching, the topic announced was “Three Spiritual Techniques”, with the advertised description: “Buddha recommended three techniques for the spiritual traveler – accumulation of all that is good, purification of what is harmful, and advice to watch our mind.”

This single session is a little over a half hour in length.
