In this session, you will be listening to an original unedited audio recording of a public talk by Gelek Rimpoche, offered through Jewel Heart in Lincoln, Nebraska in November 2012.

The Four Noble Truths, the core message coming from Buddha’s personal experience, was shared by Buddha in his first public teaching. In this teaching, Gelek Rimpoche brings Buddha’s message to life, offering listeners something to take home, reflect on, and make a helpful difference to their lives.

As a single evening teaching, this session is a little over 3 hours in length.
