Impermanence and Death
Tragic events are shocking reminders of our vulnerability. We tend to forget about the impermanence of our wellbeing and our very life because change is often slow. We can be better prepared for death by meditating on its inevitability, the uncertainty of its timing, and the fact that only spiritual practice will help us when it comes.
