Gelek Rimpoche gave these Delam, or Smooth Path, teachings in Malaysia in May 2012.

Delam is a multi-dimensional map that, when followed with genuine effort, will help us remove limitations that are rooted in fear and confusion, and free our hearts and minds to be able to reach our fullest potential. This brief lam rim offers a meditational approach to life’s experiences as it deepens our relationship with the guru and ourselves, and ultimately leads us to our future enlightenment.

Twelve sessions in total, they range from under one half hour to just over 3 hours in length.
