Gelek Rimpoche teaches here on the basis of Je Tsong Khapa’s abbreviated Lam Rim, known as the Foundation of All Perfections. With sharp insight and delightful humor, we find that, with each point for reflection, Gelek Rimpoche encourages us to take personal responsibility for how we experience our lives. Understanding and integrating the meaning these verses hold for us can make a reliable difference in how we relate to ourselves, to our communities, and the world we live in.
