We warmly invite you to join Tibetan Buddhism master Gelek Rimpoche for a weekend grounded in wisdom and compassion amid Garrison Institute’s springtime environment with lodging and grounds steeped in a long history of care and contemplation.

This weekend is open to all, with no previous background necessary. Those who are new are especially welcome.

Gelek Rimpoche Teaches at Jewel Heart New York

‘SEM: The Nature of Mind’ Course

Compiled from teachings on the Nature of the Mind, this course addresses the relationship between energy and mind, the mind’s capacity for liberation and wisdom, the continuity of consciousness, and the mind as object of concentrated meditation. The course will be facilitator by senior students of Kyabje Gelek Rimpoche and should serve as a perfect preparation of Winter Retreat.

After a brief winter hiatus, the talks will begin again on Sunday, March 9.

Speaking from Ann Arbor and New York and other locations, these talks will also be a live video webcast, available free of charge from the Jewel Heart website.
