Monday Night Meditation with Jewel Heart Cleveland
Every Monday at 5:00pm

Come one, come all!

Join Cleveland Jewel Heart for our weekly remote meditation sessions on Monday at 5pm. Zoom in and practice concentrated meditation with us! The format will be similar to the sessions at the Cleveland location except now on Zoom.

We will:

Have a short discussion
2 short meditation sessions with break in between
Discussion afterward

Whether you meditate to get to know your mind a little better or just to relax, we hope you can join us!
