This lecture looks at how the early Dalai Lamas pointed to easy enlightenment by means of using this simple numbers game.

Mindfulness for your Life

Meditation provides a clear stable mind, necessary for a happy life and foundation for deepening our spiritual journey. This course offers hands-on experience with the basic elements of meditation, using breath, posture and techniques for coping with distractions and laxity of the mind as well as cultivating compassion for oneself and others.

Putting an End to Suffering

Creating our World through Karma
(Part of Odyssey to Freedom)

Why is there suffering in the world, individually, in families, societies and nations? According to the Buddha we are creating our world through our own actions and it is our neroses that compel us. In this course, part of the series “Odyssey to Freedom”, we will explore karma and our emotions through meditation and discussion.
