GOM – Meditation for Clarity and Serenity

Thursdays, 7 – 8:30pm Eastern Time, April 13 – June 1, 2017
Onsite/Online Course

GOM, or concentrated meditation, helps to develop clarity, serenity and a deeper understanding of the world we live in.

Based on Gelek Rimpoche’s transcript, GOM: A Course in Meditation, the sessions will alternate weekly between discussion/practice sessions done individually at-home or as a group onsite at participating Jewel Heart centers AND online via Webinar presentation sessions with Jewel Heart Instructors Amy Hertz from Jewel Heart New York and Supa Corner Jewel Heart Ann Arbor.

The Bloomfield Hills chapter is gathering onsite for online and onsite sessions, except for the May 4 webinar session. The four webinar sessions provide participants with the complete GOM course. Onsite sessions provide for exploration of the GOM transcript with further group discussion and group meditation practice time.

Registrants will have access to a dedicated GOM webpage hosting materials and earlier session recordings of the webinar presentations to be viewed at their leisure.

Sliding Scale: $20 – $40
