DAY OF MEDITATION
Saturday, November 9, 8:30am – 6pm
This day of meditation, open to all experience levels and offered according to the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, will include practice sessions and light guidance. Instructors will be available for assistance. Silence will be enjoyed throughout the day.

October 25 – SAMADHI – Maya, The Illusion of the Self, It’s Not What You Think (2017)
Documentary – Samadhi is an ancient Sanskrit word that points to the transcendent union that is at the root of all spirituality and self-inquiry.
November 22 – HEALING FIELD: Exploring Energy & Consciousness Documentary
Explores breakthroughs in the fields of energy medicine, quantum physics, DNA and genetics, and the biochemistry of emotions. We see how the old conventional healthcare models, that have relied on surgery and prescription drugs are being challenged by a wave of dramatic, non-invasive mind-body and energy-based healing techniques.
December 27 – LIVING MATRIX: The New Science of Healing 2012
The documentary brings together academic and independent researchers, practitioners, and science journalists whose work reveals scientific evidence that energy and information fields, not genetics, control health and wellbeing.
