Practicing the fundamentals of Buddhism in daily life
Gelek Rimpoche takes us through the all-important fundamentals of Buddhist practice in our daily lives and how by practising these it will help us tremendously. He began with the recognition of the preciousness of human life and the preliminaries which begin with cleansing the space with the motivation of benefit all beings. Rimpoche goes on to elaborate on the importance of motivation which forms the beginning, middle and ending of Buddhist practice and how we can utilize the power of motivation. Whilst purification is used for balancing negativities, the positive virtues accumulated is kept safe and locked in by the dedication of merits which will sustain the results.
