EQUANIMITY

In 2010, public talks on Sunday mornings in Ann Arbor were given by senior students selected by Gelek Rimpoche. Once a month Rimpoche was the morning speaker and would take that week’s topic and explore it with his audience.
In this teaching, the topic announced was “Equanimity”, with the advertised description: “The quality of our relationship with ourselves and others depends on our familiarity with equanimity.”
