Gateway to the Spiritual Path
The main focus of this course is developing a reliable spiritual foundation. A course book compiled from Gelek Rimpoche’s transcripts Transforming Negativities and Three Principles of the Path will provide the basis of study for this course. This class is an ideal introduction for new or less experienced students.

The Four Noble Truths
This continuing course aims to give initial insight into the main message of the Buddha: that there is suffering and that it can be eliminated completely through one’s own efforts. A transcript of Gelek Rimpoche’s teachings on this subject serves as course material. Open to all.

The Art of Living
Based on the national bestselling book "Good Life, Good Death" by Gehlek Rimpoche, this course explores how the Tibetan Buddhist perspective can be utilized by anyone, of any faith, to bring depth, meaning and joy to daily life. An ideal introduction for new and less experienced students.

Wednesdays 7 to 8:30 for 7 weeks
First class: Wednesday, May 28.

Six-Realms Workshop
This workshop uses improvisational theatre to explore the six realms of existence according to traditional Tibetan Buddhist teachings. Participants will experience directly the causes and challenges of the six realms, and how the delusions of each realm color perceptions and stimulate emotional responses. The workshop is open to all regardless of spiritual path, and will lead to an experiential understanding of how we may gain freedom from fixed, habitual patterns.

Sundays for two weeks, June 15 & 22 from 1-4 p.m.
Workshop fee $50. Space is limited to 12 participants.
